For Cassioepiea, the logo setting is in the template configuration. I don't know why it isn't showing when you have selected/saved the settings. Perhaps it's just a caching issue. Clear your browser cache, and Joomla cache.
You set fonts in your CSS (user.css) or you could use Google Fonts. You can set to use them locally if you have privacy concerns with using a third party service like Google Fonts. Extensions such as https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... gle-fonts/. THere are probably other methods to achieve the local fonts idea, this is just one suggestion (noting also it's a commercial extension).
