Administration Joomla! 4.x • Re: Multi-factor Authentication is not enabled issue

@ceford, thanks for all of your help.

I followed your steps exactly. Everything was the same through the first four steps:
  • I created a new user in the Registered Group and logged in as the user.
  • I am taken to the Your Multi-factor Authentication options page.
  • I Select Add a new Code by Email. That takes me to the Add a Multi-factor Authentication Method form.
  • I enter the code received by email and click Save. That just re-shows the Your Multi-factor Authentication options form.
Then my test differs:
  • I Click any menu item and I get the Multi-factor Options page.
  • I try again and again, and can never get past the options page.
I am concerned that the Option page starts with a warning that MFA is not enabled, even though the mail MFA is enabled and published. Please see attached.

Maybe my MFA is broken? I disabled RS Firewall to try again. No difference.

Since I'm not the original author initiating this thread, I am not alone with this problem. @amer_s last screen capture looks just like mine attached here.
