I put in free sitemap website for sitemap generate but one home page sitemap generate but another any inner page not generate. My website page 5000 above but not any unlimited sitemap website in created sitemap. My Website of Old URL But sitemap not generate but 1 page add in sitemap.

Have you checked if there are any restrictions or limitations on the free sitemap website you're using? Sometimes they have page count limits.

Also, make sure your inner pages are accessible and not blocked by robots.txt or any other crawling restrictions.

If the issue persists, you might want to consider using a different sitemap generator tool or service. There are quite a few out there, and some might better suit the size of your website.
