When new member is invited he is registered on the community site, so we need to talk about the new person. Then if the person is submitted as a new Member, it would be good to pass announcement and to explain which goals are met (reached). The responsibility of the current members or advisers is to talk about topics which the invited persons are interested in, also to guide them. So in the initial point or during the months, we will make announcements and coordinate the communication. It is important to us, the advisers to know which topics or type of information were intermediated (to prevent repeating from other members/advisers to the same person).
