Joomla 3.10.11 should be updated to 3.10.12 (noting this is the final version of Joomla 3.10, as it's EOL (and I know you're in the process of updating to 4.x as mentioned).

Are you using "JStore" or "J2Store" (they are two separate things)?

Your question mentioned "JStore" but your FPA report indicates "J2Store".
The JED doesn't list it but there was a recent new release of J2Store:
