Extensions for Joomla! 4.x • sigplus doesn't seem to use labels.txt

I have tried all kinds of gymnastics to get labels.txt to have any influence over the display of an image title or image order or anything else - all without any success. I see several other entries in the forum going back to ancient days reporting the same issue but nobody has posted any answer to the problem.

I would love to post an FPA but the pdf created by the FPA is too large to upload - 12.5MB.

I'm running this on Joomla 5.0.2
